DNAKE offers a two-year warranty starting from the date of shipment of the DNAKE products. The warranty policy only applies to all devices and accessories that are manufactured by DNAKE (each, a “Product”) and directly purchased from DNAKE. If you have purchased the DNAKE product from any of DNAKE partners, please contact them directly to apply for the warranty.

1. Warranty Terms

DNAKE warrants that the products are free from defects in both materials and workmanship for two (2) years, from the date when the products are delivered. Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below, DNAKE agrees, at its option, to repair or replace any part of the products that prove defective because of improper workmanship or materials.

2. Duration of Warranty

a. DNAKE provides a two-year limited warranty from the date of shipment of the DNAKE products. During the warranty period, DNAKE will repair the damaged product for free.

b. Consumable parts such as package, user manual, network cable, handset cable, etc. are not covered by warranty. Users can purchase these parts from DNAKE.

c. We do not replace or refund any sold product except for the quality problem.

3. Disclaimers

This warranty does not cover damages due to:

a. Misuse, including but not limited to: (a) use of the product for the purpose other than that it is designed for, or failure to follow DNAKE user manual, and (b) product installation or operation in conditions other than specified by the standards and safety regulations enforced in the country of operation.

b. Product repaired by the unauthorized service provider or personnel or disassembled by users.

c. Accidents, fire, water, lighting, improper ventilation, and other causes that do not come under DNAKE control.

d. Defects of the system in which the product is operated.

e. The warranty period has expired. This warranty does not infringe upon the customer’s legal rights given to him/her by the laws currently enforced in his/her country as well as the consumer’s rights toward the dealer arising from the sale contract.
