b. Zvikamu zvinoshandiswa zvakaita sepakeji, bhuku rekushandisa, tambo yenetiweki, tambo yemufoni, nezvimwewo hazvifukidzwe newaranti. Vashandisi vanogona kutenga zvikamu izvi kubva kuDNAKE.
c. Hatitsivi kana kudzosera mari yechinhu chakatengeswa kunze kwedambudziko remhando.
3. Zvirambidzo
Waranti iyi haibhadhare kukuvara kunokonzerwa ne:
a. Kushandiswa zvisizvo, kusanganisira asi kwete kungogumira pa: (a) kushandiswa kwechigadzirwa kune chimwe chinangwa kunze kwechacho chakagadzirirwa, kana kutadza kutevedzera gwaro rekushandisa reDNAKE, uye (b) kuiswa kana kushanda kwechigadzirwa mumamiriro ezvinhu asiri akatarwa nemitemo yekuchengetedza inoshandiswa munyika yekushanda.
b. Chigadzirwa chakagadziriswa nemupi webasa asina mvumo kana vashandi kana chakabviswa nevashandisi.
c. Tsaona, moto, mvura, mwenje, mhepo isina kuchena, nezvimwe zvikonzero zvisingadzorwi neDNAKE.
d. Zvikanganiso zvehurongwa hunoshandiswa chigadzirwa.
e. Nguva yewarandi yapera. Waranti iyi haityori kodzero dzepamutemo dzaakapihwa nemutengi nemitemo iri kushandiswa munyika yake parizvino pamwe nekodzero dzemutengi kumutengesi dzinobva muchibvumirano chekutengesa.
