通常、出荷日から1年以内に製品の重要なセキュリティアップデートを提供します。製品の出荷日は、DNAKE製品追跡システム製品のシリアル番号（SN）を使用してください。これらのセキュリティアップデートの詳細、および製品のファームウェアを常に最新の状態に保つ方法については、こちらの専用リソースセクションをご覧ください。
サイバーセキュリティの問題を報告する
セキュリティ研究者の方で、サイバーセキュリティの脆弱性やその他のセキュリティリスクを発見したと思われる場合は、ぜひ当社にご報告ください。発見内容を当社と共有してください。
インシデント対応
Securitiy issues with the hardware and software of DNAKE products can also be reported to dnakesupport@dnake.com. Customer will receive an acknowledgement of receipt of their report of security issues within 4 working days. Security updates will be provided usually within 30 working days.
