PROJECT OVERVIEW
Located in Warsaw’s Wola district, CityFlow is a large-scale residential development by OKAM Capital, comprising 749 apartments across four buildings. Developed in two phases between 2024 and 2025, the project features DNAKE IP video intercom and access control solutions integrated with the Apartment smart home system, providing convenient access and connected living across the community.

THE SOLUTION
Serving 749 apartments across four buildings, CityFlow required a comprehensive intercom and access control solution for its residential entrances, outdoor gates, and underground parking areas. DNAKE deployed an IP-based system featuring 71 door stations and 2 gate stations, with different models selected to meet the needs of each access point.
At the main gate and staircase entrances, DNAKE S617 8-inch facial recognition Android door stations offer multiple entry methods, including facial recognition, PIN codes, cards, Bluetooth, and mobile app access. DNAKE S213K keypad door stations provide PIN, card, and app-based access at the underground car park, while the S212 one-button SIP video door phone supports visitor communication at the outdoor gate. A separate license plate recognition system, equipped with two cameras and two radars, handles vehicle identification at the car park entrance.
Inside the apartments, 71 DNAKE E416W 7-inch Android indoor monitors run the smart home app, bringing video intercom and smart home controls together on a single screen. Residents can manage visitor communication, lighting, blinds, and heating without the need for an additional smart home control panel.
For centralized communication, the DNAKE 902C-A Android-based IP master station supports call management at the concierge desk. Meanwhile, the DNAKE Cloud Platform enables centralized device management, remote configuration, and maintenance across multiple buildings, simplifying ongoing system administration.
