The "2021 China RealEstate and Property Management Serviced Listed Companies Appraisal Results Conference", organized by the China Real Estate Association and sponsored by the China Real Estate Evaluation Center of Shanghai E-House Real EstateResearch Institute, was grandly held in Shenzhen on May 27, 2021. The conference released the “Appraisal and Research Results of China Real Estate and Property Management ServicedListed Companies”. DNAKE (stock code: 300884.SZ) was ranked on the list of 2021 Best 10 of Performance of China Real Estate Suppliers.

It is understood that the conference “Appraisal and Research Results of China Real Estate and Property Management Serviced Listed Companies” has been held for 14 consecutive years, covering eight dimensions including capital market performance, the scale of operations, solvency, profitability, growth, operating efficiency, social responsibility, and innovation ability. As an important reference value, the evaluation results have become one of the major standards for judging the comprehensive strength of real estate companies.

2021 is the second year that DNAKE has become the listed company. The ranking of “Best 10 of Performance of China Real Estate Suppliers” confirms DNAKE’s strong corporate strength and profitability. In 2020, DNAKE’s net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was RMB154, 321,800 Yuan, increased by 22.00% over the same period last year. In the first quarter of 2021, DNAKE’s net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company reached RMB22,271,500 Yuan, an increase of 80.68% over the same period of last year, which proved DNAKE’s profitability.
