DNAKE Invests Strategically in iSense Global to Accelerate Smart City Innovation

Xiamen, China (November 24th, 2025) — DNAKE, a world-leading Chinese supplier of smart intercom solutions, today announced a strategic investment in iSense Global, Singapore’s leading smart city Internet of Things (IoT) provider.

This collaboration extends far beyond a financial partnership. Under the agreement, iSense Global will relocate its production lines from third-party manufacturers to DNAKE’s state-of-the-art facilities. This move enables DNAKE to expand its product portfolio and diversify its revenue streams, while allowing iSense to achieve greater cost efficiency, faster scalability, and enhanced quality control.

Together, the two companies will co-develop next-generation IoT solutions across key sectors such as healthcare, access control, security, and large-scale urban monitoring—integrating DNAKE’s hardware and building automation expertise with iSense’s strengths in AI-driven analytics and complex IoT deployments.

The 2025 Smart City Index released by the International Society for Urban Informatics (ISUI) ranked Manila among the lowest globally in urban smartness, highlighting the urgent need for transformative infrastructure. The partnership between DNAKE and iSense Global aims to address this challenge head-on. 

iSense Global dominates Singapore’s Housing Development Board (HDB) smart lighting network, capturing over 80% of the market. Its projects deliver impressive energy savings — up to 70% in parks and more than 50% in public housing.

With Singapore’s smart city sector valued at USD 152.8 billion and Southeast Asia’s projected to grow from USD 49.1 billion in 2024 to USD 145.8 billion by 2033, this partnership positions both companies at the forefront of innovation, driving sustainable digital transformation across the region.
