Features

1.Call: Multi-media classroom can call the monitoring center to report the failures, such as boot failure of computer, no internet access, central control system fault and amplifier fault. The monitoring center can call any classroom, and the classrooms can call each other.

2.Full-duplex Intercommunication: Through clear voice communication, the monitoring center can take measures in time.

3.Video Intercom: When the general duty office receives the call, the monitoring picture will display in the host for video intercom, which is easy for the remote visualization management of multi-media classrooms.

4.One Button Call: 6 programmable keys, call the specified intercom device by one button

5.Call Transfer When Busy: The busy time of reporting failure is usually the first class in the morning. If there is only one administrator in the monitoring center, he/she might be unable to answer all the calls. The system will transfer the call to the second or third host automatically. 

6.Call Transfer: When the teacher on duty is away from the desk in the duty office, the system may transfer the call to the preset cell phone or phone.

7.One-to-one Broadcast: When a student damages the multi-media equipment or installs other unrelated software, the teacher on duty can broadcast to the classroom in accordance with surveillance video to stop the behaviours.

8.One-to-many Broadcast: When the school has important notices, the monitoring center can be used for broadcasting the announcement. 

9.Archive Recording File: The system saves audio files of every call on a disk. According to the record on equipment failures, the overall maintenance can be performed at regular intervals.

10.Integrated Monitoring and Control Platform: During the call, the monitoring picture will pop up. The monitoring software platform will control the call (the system can provide software development kit).
